Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be modified.
Orders canceled within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Nooz product arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at noozofficialz@gmail.com.
We will replace eligible items at no cost to you.
Cosmetic packaging damage (e.g., bent box) is not considered a defect.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse or wear & tear.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
We ship quickly, but once dispatched, delays caused by couriers, customs, or local disruptions are outside our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
Incorrect Shipping Address

If an address is entered incorrectly and we are not notified within 24 hours, the order may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
